Tony Cowan began his creative career in 1992 with a retail advertising agency. After 5 years of high intensity retail design work, Tony switched to illustrative, design and animation work with one of Australia’s premier educational interactive multimedia studios at James Cook University. This challenging and rewarding work introduced Tony to emerging online technologies giving him an interest in website development which complimented his graphic design and illustration skills. During the next 6 years, he continued to hone his acquired design and online skills giving him a comprehensive framework of knowledge to start his own studio in 2003, Zephyrmedia.
Since then, while running Zephyrmedia, he has worked on almost every kind of project found in the design and marketing field. His work has allowed Zephyrmedia to work with both individual businesses and large corporate entities to support small to large marketing or communications teams.
